How Tolluno arranges your registration, what you pay and your consumer rights.
Tolluno is a Netherlands-based independent intermediary, not a road authority, official portal or authorised reseller. By ordering, you authorise Tolluno to manually submit the selected registration on your behalf using the details you provide. The relevant authority issues the registration. Payment to Tolluno is not official registration or permission to use a toll road.
Tolluno is the registered business name (KvK: 42205998). The statutory business-address disclosure remains a separate production-readiness item requiring legal resolution. No address is published or substituted.
Your total comprises the official vignette/authority charge plus the separate Tolluno registration/service fee where applicable. Both are shown before payment. The service fee covers Tolluno's registration handling, not an authority charge. Where the authority price is in another currency, the displayed EUR amount may be converted by Tolluno's pricing system; it is not a claim that the authority itself charges that EUR amount.
Check your plate, registration country, vehicle/category, weight, trailer, dates and any required VIN or identity details before payment. Contact [email protected] immediately about errors. After submission, correction may be limited by authority rules. A customer error does not automatically exclude a refund or statutory rights; any lawful charge must be explained. Tolluno remains responsible for its own processing errors.
We arrange your registration manually after payment. Payment, processing and successful registration are separate steps. Wait for confirmation after successful registration before using the relevant roads, and check every item’s validity.
Validity and processing timing differ by country and selected product. Follow the validity dates and processing window shown for your purchase, including the manual-processing guidance for Slovenia and Romania. Tolluno does not change authority validity rules or guarantee immediate registration merely because payment succeeded.
Cancellation and withdrawal are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Authority restrictions do not override mandatory rights against Tolluno. If we cannot fulfil a paid item, we refund the amount paid for that unfulfilled item, including its applicable service fee. For partial fulfilment, we explain the completed items and the refund breakdown. Other statutory remedies remain available.
Country guidance covers Switzerland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Moldova, Slovenia and Romania. Purchase is available only when the country, selected product and vehicle/category are currently supported. Romanian guidance applies only to the regime effective from 1 October 2026. Alternative tolls, including TollRo, DarsGo and other heavy-vehicle charges, are outside the normal vignette purchase where shown. An unsupported category is not covered by buying another vignette, and unavailable purchase does not mean that no road charge applies.

Dutch law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence where applicable. Contact [email protected] with complaints. This does not restrict access to a competent court or statutory remedies. Business identity details are on the Legal / Imprint page.
