Tolluno’s role in Switzerland

Swiss motorway vignette: what you should know

• Tolluno submits the registration on your behalf using the official Swiss vignette system. The e-vignette is issued by the Swiss Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS); Tolluno is not a Swiss authority.
• The official Swiss vignette price is set by the Swiss authority. The registration fee is charged by Tolluno, not by the Swiss authority, and is shown as a separate line.
• Each edition is valid from 1 December of the previous year to 31 January of the following year. An e-vignette is valid from the moment it is registered, never earlier. We show the dates that apply to your purchase.
• Your registration will be processed manually. We'll update your order as soon as the registration is confirmed.
• A trailer or caravan up to 3,500 kg needs its own vignette, registered to its own plate. The towing vehicle's vignette does not cover it.
• The vignette is linked to the exact registration and registration country you enter.
• If a registration cannot be completed or its outcome is unclear, we review it first. Please don't buy the vignette again in the meantime; contact support instead. If Tolluno makes an error with correctly supplied details, we arrange correction, replacement or the refund required by law without removing other remedies. If we cannot fulfil a paid item, we refund that unfulfilled item’s payment, including its applicable service fee. You do not have to accept a voucher instead of a refund owed.
• An authority may limit correction or cancellation of an official charge after submission or registration. Its rules are separate from your rights against Tolluno for the intermediary service. We explain any applicable restriction and lawful deduction rather than treating every registered order as non-refundable.
